Sizing
The best way of measuring you ring size is by visiting your local jeweller. If you are based in Sydney, get in contact with me and we can arrange to meet at my studio.
If you would like to meausure your ring size at home, you can select the "unsure" option in sizes when ordering your ring, and a complimentary sizer will be shipped out to you.
Resizing
For incorrect client supplied sizes a minimum $25 resizing fee incurs to cover cost of return shipping.
Certain ring styles cannot be re-sized. Especially rings including gemstones that need to be made smaller.
Most gemstones are not able to withstand the rapid heating and stress that is applied to a ring during the resizing process.
In the case that the ring you ordered is too large and it features gemstones, a completely new ring will need to be made. This will incur a fee depending on the cost of new materials.
Rings cannot be resized more than once.
Please ensure that if you are not certain of your size, get in contact to arrange a free ring sizer.
If you are still unsure, please order a size below what you think, as it is far easier to stretch a ring up one size than to try and shrink it.
Returns
Each piece of Apoma jewellery is handmade to order, resulting in unique variations in texture, gemstone color, finish, and shape. Each piece is carefully inspected and quality-checked before shipping to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely happy with your jewellery, please contact us via email, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lead Times
All Apoma jewellery is handmade to order, with a typical lead time of 1-2 weeks for shipping. Availability of certain gemstones may occasionally extend this timeline.
If a gemstone is out of stock or there are delays, I will contact you promptly to discuss the status of your order. I am happy to offer a refund or collaborate on alternative options if needed.
Jewellery Care
Use only warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush to clean your jewellery.
Remove jewellery when bathing, sleeping and exercising. Gemstones and diamonds must be treated with care.
Do not drop your gemstone jewellery on hard surfaces, expose to undue force or extreme changes in temperature.
Do not wear your gold jewellery in chlorinated water or expose to harsh chemicals. The copper in gold alloys can be eaten away by prolonged exposure to chemicals such as chlorine.
